A hybrid involving a simultaneous occurrence of Hurricane and a Blizzard...generally only happens in da hood. Because this is such a rare occurrence, a brotha will erupt with this exclamation.

Hurritard 

Someone who watches news reports of an approaching tropical cyclone for hours or days on end instead of going on a hurrication.
Instead of going on a hurrication with James and Claudia, we decided to stay in the strike zone and watch TV coverage like a bunch of Hurritards.
