Humongocawkus
A rare medical condition where a male’s genitals are abnormally larger than normal. Symptoms include lightheadedness (believed to occur from blood volume needed to sustain erection) and lower back pain.
Treatment for the condition is as follows; limited sexual activity (sometimes a sling for genital support is recommended), medication to shrink the blood vessels in the shaft or in the most extreme cases, penile reduction.
