This word is a slang Afrikaans word for a tantrum. It is more commonly known as a Vloermoer. "Hoerberoerte" is offensive and degratory. "Hoer" is Afrikaans forWhore or Prostitute or Slut. And "Beroerte" is a fit.
Spoilt little Sannie got a Hoerberoerte in the supermarket when her mom did not want to buy her a packet of sweets.
