It's the most severe insult imaginable to mankind. It's named after a Highschool student who's known all over Slovakia because of his unbelievably obnoxious personality. The insult gathers all of the bad traits of Hockicko and combines them in one word that can be interpreted in a way that will hurt the receiver the most. It can be used in nearly any context that compares the receiver to Hockicko, or it can be used as a slur.
"That dude is such a hockicko."
