(1) Having the general appearance or behavior of a hobo. (2) Laying about in an untidy, slovenly fashion. (3) Just being a straight up bum.

Michelle- "Man look at those guys just laying around on the ground by their trucks."
Nick- "Yeah it really looks like a regular hobo camp around here."
Sir- "Man, thats some pretty hobacious ass shit."
