Pronounced: HIGH-bee.

Definition: A hobby consisting of only smoking weed or being completely engulfed in the pot culture.

So a highbbyist is a person whose sole purpose is to get high and toasty on marijuana.

Most hippies and young people from any era in time are highbbyists.

A: Hey what do you like to do?
B: Well my highbby is smokin' the grass, man!

A highboy is when you take a dump in a urinal, but a PHILADELPHIA Highboy is when you take a runny dump in a urinal after eating cheesesteaks and beer.
