Hamel-Snapped

Consuming so much alcohol and/or marijuana at one time, as to become unable to speak full sentences, use common hand gestures, or even stand.

Person 1: Look at that guy in the corner over there!
Person 2: Yeah man, he's totally Hamel-Snapped!
