Halfchan is the name used to describe 4chan by users of the site 8chan.
It derives from the fact that 4 is half of 8.

A person who’s mother or father is/was born in Afghanistan.

The other parent can be from anywhere BUT Afghanistan.

Josh Gad’s father is from Afghanistan and his mother is German. So he would be considered Halfghani.
