Haggarette

A Cigarette that is haggard. In other words damaged, broken or appears to be in ruff shape because of exsesive partying, water sports, or anything else that would damage a cigarette

jimmy: Hey man you want a smoke?
Timmy: Yeah man but im not touching your godamned haggarettes.
