An expression used to describe something amazing and breathtaking. Essentially saying holy! yo! But with emphasis put on syllables as follows:

HO! LEE! YO!

Bryan: Hey man did you see that mike kid jump? He got like 3 feet of air.
Dan: HOLYYO, that's so high

Yue: Man another highlight reel catch by green
Robertson: HOLYYO! This guy's unreal, he doesn't stop
