Homo-Ghey Thread Deleter. Someone who starts a thread on an internet Forum, and later deletes because he/she looks like an idiot, or has been mercilessly called out by the members of the forum. Typical newb behavior

Logged in all Day Member: It got to 3 pages and Spaz got all butthurt - HGTD!

Homo-gay Thread Delete. When a person makes a post on an internet forum or social media which makes them look like a complete idiot, then deletes the comments/thread in an attempt to erase any trace of their idiocy. The act of deleting the post is known as a "Homo Gay Thread Delete", and the person doing it is known as a "Homo Gay Thread Deletor". In both instances, HGTD is used accordingly. HGTD'ed is the past tense use of the term "Homo Gay Thread Deleted".

Mikey posted that he loves putting things in his butt, then went back like a little biatch and HGTD'ed the entire thread. Don't be a HGTD!
