A word that is mostly used to greet someone, followed by a reaction you give to something horrible or just extremely stupid.

Person 1: "Hey dude, check my highscore lulz!"
Person 2: "Heythefuck? LAME!"

Noob: i kiss you -kiss-
Pro: "HEYTHEFUCK?!"
