Gennaism

The religion commonly known to Genna and her advocates. Consisting of combined concepts of other religions i.e. Judaism, Taoism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Secular Humanism, Hinduism, Shinto, Confucianism, FSMism, etc. This religion involves finding ones own purpose in life, specific to each follower of this philosophy. Genna is not God, Genna is one idea collector and founder. The rules of this religion change as the world changes around oneself. To become a true member of the Church of Genna, one must keep an open mind, a voice of conscience, an appreciation for other cultures, and at the very least, a mild sense of humor. The objective of this religion is not to focus on the outcome of all humans after death that an higher power may have authority over, but to seize the day, to educate oneself, and to benefit humanity. Gennaists welcome members of all cultures and religions with open arms. Remember, look within yourself for the answers, and when that doesn't work, read a book. Not recommended for children under the age of thirteen. Also not related to genealogy, St. Gennaro, or the band entitled Genaro.

gennaissance

The rebirth of generosity and gentle treatment towards humanity as tenets of society, as a result of newer generations that are born and are able to grow from the mistakes and blasphemies of prior centuries. Man's love of his fellow man exceeds his hate, and a habitat of peace develops where ideas flourish and ideas abound. Education, art, and information are exchanged freely, and mankind's intellect and yearning to contribute to society grow as a result.
The early 21st century was a time of gennaissance, in which access to information and ideas and an increase in human empathy led to great changes in society and a flourishing of innovation and art.

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
