To strike sharply, especially with the open hand to someone who Gandhi, he himself, would even slap. This person is of extensive annoyance and or agitation and does not know when to "shut the fuck up".

Gandhi-Slapping 

It is basically Happy-Slapping but the culprits batter and film a victim whilst wearing bald caps and nappies shouting Gandhi!!! A rare occasion but never not hilarious.

I'm so fucked up after last night. I was Gandhi-Slapped and they took my Wallet.

Today children, we are going to learn how to Gandhi-Slap and then go out and kick the shit out of some cunts.
