When someone works at a menial and degrading highschool job way past the acceptable age, without acheiving a higher position. Menial highschool jobs include fastfood, blockbuster, bar bouncer, etc. Associated with douchebaggery.

When A friend has become more of an employee than a friend because they are doing odd jobs for you in both your personal and professional life.

I’m not really friends with her. She’s been dog sitting, delivering products for my company, helping with shipping, housesitting, and other odd jobs. She’s more of a FRENPLOYEE than a friend.
