Where an especially traumatic/disasterous event leads a person to realise they suffer from "Terminal fuckedness" in all their endeavours and finally accepts their fate.
A: "Did you ask that girl out in the end?"

B: "Yeeeeeeeah. She threw up."

A: "Really? Again?"

B: "I know. -sigh- kinda a fucktumonious moment for me."

A: "Aw, well, yeah, but there's so many other people you could... Actually this seems to happen alot to you doesn't it?"

B: "..."

A: "Still, I'm sure thing'll turn around for you someda-"
