Frolid

A combination of the two words, Fresh and Solid.

Together, they combine to give the definition that something is of both these things.

Dude 1: Wow, that was some extremely fresh cake! Really solid stuff!
Dude 2: Yeah, totally. You might even say it was, Frolid?
Dude 3: Ergh... yeah, what ever.
