Cooperative competitors on the basis that financial benefit will occur for the short run. Typically effort is spent to erradicate this competitor from the market.

I do not necessarily represent that company, but we are frienamies.

People who pretend to be your friend but secretly wish that you would fall on your face...People that put you into a situation that they orchestrated to embarrass you, start drama and/or to make themselves look superior...People that really have self doubt and are jealous but feel they have no recourse except to undermined their friends...People that have no conscientious and under estimate the consequences of their actions because they under estimate the character of their victim

Frenemies with benefits 

People who actively dislike each other, but engage in sexual relations with each other on a regular basis.

Just because we don't like each other is no excuse to not have great sex. We can be frenemies with benefits.

I kind of hate him, but he's really good in bed. We're frenemies with benefits.
