Floumph 

One who is often seen doing foolish acts of out anger or stupidity. They often destroy important/expensive possessions by accident and frequently engage in foolish behavior for arbitrary reasons.

It is not uncommon for a "flouph" to be a frequent drug user. Moreover, they are often arrested for loitering, trespassing, and other such insignificant crimes.

"Damn, that guy who spilled soda on the picasso paintings is one floumph."

"We all called Rafael a floumph when he threw his phone at the wall because he was angry."

A term used for your lover which describes them as being adorable funny with a contagious smile. A person who would withhold this title would be tall, dark and athletic with an obsession with the word ‘AGGHHHHHHHHHHH’
