A Peruvian method of torture involving a two-screw coat hanger. The process is as follows:
A) A wall mount coat hanger is sharpened, then inserted hook-down into the anus.

B) The testicles are stretched around to match up with the mounting holes.
C) The victim is then screwed into place onto a wall, upside-down.

In order to make an example of a would-be rioter, wardens frequently flombompistulate prisoners in order to keep the populace in check.
