A practical joke played on a person where you continuously fart on a pillow and give it to another to unknowingly sleep on. Derived from the combination of 'fart' and 'pillow'

Can be used in the wider sense as a verb for farting on something

Dude Aaron is coming over, let's fillow his pillow.

I'm gona fillow her vag, so her kids will be fillowed. And so will all their decedents. We will start a race of fillow's. We will call them 'fillow-pinos'
