Somebody under the impression of stupidity yet whom well... is stupid or doesn't know what they are doing.

May refer to Redheads, Blondes, High School girls, Sports people, and that annoying person that you just hate because they seem like you never listen so they get into your face about it yet they are even worse than you.

Girl: Catch the ball "idiot!" (Emphasis on the word)
Why can't you catch the freaking ball!?

Dude 1: She's being a plastic bitch today.

You: Yeh, she's being a Figluster atm...

Dude 1: Look, she just missed the ball and she thinks she's all good.

You: That's a Figluster, flawlessly perfect form.

Dude 2: Dude, is she smoking a blunt.

You: yeh, she thinks she's rich all of the sudden for some reason.

A term for when you act stupid, flustered, go blank, or most when your IQ dips into single digits due to infatuation.

A good example of this phenomenon is when you meet a good looking girl and all you can say is " hum erm guh duh"
