The combination of feelin' and peein' when checking someone out. Just put them together and you get feepin'.

i.e. The act of checking out (peeping) and feeling up a potential mate at the same time.

peanut butter feeling

A feeling of extreme affection toward a person, usually a romantic interest. Similar to the sensation of swallowing a large amount of peanut butter. Including trouble breathing, pain in the chest, and trouble taking.

Allen: What's wrong Jeff, you look pale?

Jeff: Oh man, Tiffany is coming this way. She gives me that peanut butter feeling.
