A gay, straight man.

A man who could be described as metrosexual to the extreme. He enjoys looking good, long conversations about feelings, and will drive around with his girlfriend's singing a long to musicals.

Girl #1: "Too bad John Doe is gay, he'd be the perfect man!"
Girl #2: "John isn't gay, he's a Fauxgue. He is the best of both worlds."

fauxgressive 

A fake progressive.

A politician, pundit or other political player that pretends to be progressive while actually supporting unprogressive/corporatist policies.

Barack Obama is a fauxgressive. He pretends to be progressive in his campaigning, but he rarely fights for progressive causes and consistently supports corporatist, unprogressive policies.

fauxgetarian 

Someone who watches too many PETA/animal cruelty videos online and suddenly proclaims they are a vegetarian. Common traits include "occasionally" eating meat, or only eating chicken. Fauxgetarians usually disregard their commitment to saving the animals after a month or two.

Heather's not a vegetarian, man. She's a fauxgetarian, she just watched too many PETA videos last week.

She told me she was a vegetarian, but I saw her eating a whole steak yesterday. Now I know she's just a fauxgetarian.

Fauxgent 

An individual (mostly men) who act like they aren’t horny but secretly make it their soul aim to acquire nudes. They are most commonly found on KIK groupchats and other messaging applications. They usually do a shit job and blow their own cover.

Anne: “For fuck’s sake, John seems like a nice guy but he’s dropping hints that he is after more than just a friendly chat”.

Felicity: “Has he made it clear he’s horny?”

Anne: “No, one minute he’s acting completely normal but the next he’s talking about how he’s bored and if I know any way he can relieve himself”.

Felicity: “Girl he’s probably a Fauxgent. Block him now”.

fauxgiene 

Combination of "faux" and "hygiene" meaning when you half-heartedly wash your hands in a restroom. Your motivation is not actual hygiene but rather the social pressure to appear as if you actually do care.

I rinsed my hands with water and didn't use any soap: That's fauxgiene for you.

A creamy breakfast substance made from a non-dairy base.

John enjoyed a cup of almond or soy fauxgurt as a replacement for regular yogurt which sent him running for the loo due to his severe lactose intolerance.
