"Felony Level Disingenuous Argument"

When an argument is so insincere and dishonest it raises the blood pressure of observers to dangerous levels, making that argument a criminal act.
Bybee: A reasonable person would not reasonably anticipate having his head slammed into a wall twenty or thirty times consecutively means that something worse is to come.

Kristol: Now, in April 2009, Obama's Director of National Intelligence seems to be saying, we're safe.

Judge: Alright, I will issue a warrant for Kristol and Justice Bybee for commission of FLDA.
