An exblurt is a person who has no idea what they are talking about but blurts out random made up garbage that they invent as they go in order to fool people who don't know any better into thinking that they are real experts even though they are just a half baked imitation
I think he just confused Linux with Lexus. He's just blurting out random nonsense and clearly has no idea what he is talking about. He's trying to be an expert but he's just an exblurt.
