Errkacher

(er-ka-chur) A word defined for the effort put in to do something. i.e. From the sitting position, to the standing position, needs an effort to do. Errkacher is the sound made when doing this process. A more accepted noise other than groaning/moaning.

"Stand up this instance!"... *Errkacher* "yes?"
