Designing products or services that cater for all users, by going beyond the stereotype of the user with ideal eyesight, hearing, or motor skills in mind.
Designers need to apply empathic modeling, by putting themselves in their users’ shoes, especially those with reduced physical or sensory abilities, so that they’d be better informed in designing users-friendly products.
