embogglement

em·bog·gle

For one to completely astonish or perplex another by revealing the solution of a seemingly unsolvable puzzle, the meaning of an unfathomable idea (such as life) or the answer to an impossible question.
1)
"How did you see that word in there? I still can't see how you got it."
"Are you emboggled?"
"I am completely emboggled."

2)
I don't know what to think. You emboggled me good. You should be locked up for embogglement.

3)
"I was... just turning left. Wait, right."
"You emboggle me, mate. You really do."

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
