Eleplant 

A creature vaguely resembling an elephant. Though it is capable of high level thought, including calculus, it will only be appeased by approximately half a bottle of red liquid, otherwise it will be non-cooperative.

Random person 1: Why don't we just ask the eleplant about it?
Random person 2: It's pissed off right now...
Random person 1: Well, if we just give it half a bottle of red liquid maybe we will appease it.
Random person 2: WATCH OUT, CHALK!

When a technical person (developer, engineer, scientist, et al.) uses a UI tool to solve a problem instead of the command line or underlying program.

The 'elephant' comes from the PostgreSQL elephant and the many related SQL GUI clients that allow developers to avoid using SQL from the command line for queries. However, this phrase is not limited to PostgreSQL and can refer to any other GUI or related to tool that allows a user to click around to find their way.

This phrase originated at Even Financial, an incomparable Fintech company in the heart of NYC.

Alex: I use the debugger to step-through my code when there's unexpected behavior.

elephant tickle

The act of reaching one's arm between a friend, colleague, enemy, or superior's legs from behind, and tickling their bellybutton. Meant to provide the recipient with extreme discomfort.

Example: "Hey man, your boss looks upset. You should give him an elephant tickle to brighten his day."

Briggsy has, over time, developed the unique talent of being able to communicate with the largest living land animals through the use of his incredibly deep voice which has an expansive range of between 300-600km. He has honed this ability onto preying on any women over 16st in weight. It is rumoured that his deep tones have attractive qualities for these women, so they are easily lured into his miniscule frame.

elephant seal 

A slimy, desperate, perverted old man who seeks younger, more vulnerable mates. A dirty, loser man. The male equivalent of a cougar.

In nature, elephant seals have harums, in which one alpha male denies all other males access to the group. The non-alpha males are known to chill around the group, waiting to mount any young seal who strays from the pack.

"Ewww, Betty! The elephant seal at 3 o'clock is totally checking you out!"
