A combonation of ebola, aids, and diabetes. Commenly obtained by americans who have no one to have sex with, so they have sex with their household pet. Then, after they ate their whole fridge, they eat their pet.

Dave: Did you hear that Joey got ebolaidiabetes?
Tom: I figured he was desparate, but not porky enough to eat his dog, even after he fucked it!
