The word you'd use when something that's happening/has happened/will happen is insane and/or crazy.

Person 1: "Have you heard of the women who lit a controlled fire in Canada and then it got out of control?"

Person 2: "Yes, the charges these women are gonna get are gonna be EXPREFRAGILISTIC..."
