A form of government where elected officials form an independent ruling body yet all of the officials are morons.

Scott Walker, Jon Kyl, Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann are examples of leaders in the US durrmocracy.

The US fully switched to a durrmocracy in 2000 but the full effects were not realized until 2010.
