Dryeballs

A serious condition of intense dryness of the eyeballs, opposite to Moist-Balls. The dryballee may experience great discomfort of the eyeballs, particularly in windy conditions. It is often a recurring condition, though it can be treated with eye-drops or human tears.

DeBalls

(Noun) Brand of beer locally brewed in Ocean City, MD, known for causing panties to drop when administered in excessive amounts. Also good for lubricating dry twister boards, decorating local advertisements, and encouraging the use of power tools in a non-productive (typically dangerous) manner.

Dude...When I pulled out DeBalls the other night, she jumped on me like a fat kid opening presents outside Denny's!!

Dryballs

When you are tired and/or are working in an environment with lots of artificial heating. The resulting dry and possible sore eyes can now be referred to as "Dryballs".

This is an affliction often suffered by contact lens wearers and those that like to party...a lot.

"My wife kept me awake all night and now I'm at work, staring at this computer screen for eight hours with the heating on full - I've got a major case dryballs!".
