Used when someone is trying to argue and they no longer make sense, as if they were drunk. Especially on the internet.
A combination of butthole and drunkard.

Also known as a cleaner, funnier way of saying 'drunken a**hole'

Jerk: That person is so flubbermunster watered spaggetti
Outsider: Dude, you are being such a drunkbutt.
