Downshine

The word "downshine" is normally used in unsatisfactory situations. It can be used to describe or express disappointment. This term is a word to describe negativity or failure. The opposite of "downshine" is "updull" which in rare cases can be referred to as a "UD"

downshifters

People who had a good professional job and (usually) a house which had significantly increased in value - but then they realised that by selling the house and moving to another (usually rural, far cheaper) area of the country, they could 'downshift' their lives and yet still have a small fortune in the bank + less stress, less work, more time with the family, more money.

Dewshine

Dewshine is the combination of moonshine with mountain dew. Moonshine contains ethanol(drinking alcohol). Some idiots used racing fuel whith contains toxic stuff like nitroethane and methanol. Methanol is highly toxic and causes blindness, organ failure, and death. Use everclear, vodka, or moonshine for mixing with mountain dew. Don't use racing fuel!

Another definition for dewshine is the discontinued non-alcoholic clear caffeinated beverage called dewshine made by mountain dew.

I mixed mountain dew with moonshine and made dewshine. I drank it and it was delicious! I got buzzed!

Aw man! Too bad they discontinued dewshine!

When you and a girl of your choosing decide to perform acts of illicit behavior such as sexual intercourse, oral sex, heavy petting, or ultimate frisbee and decide that you want to take things to a more serious level such as "hardcore" as kids now a days describe. Make sure you're good to go and insert your erect penis into her most deserving vagina.
