micro-dictorial

Some one that is far more controlling and overbearing than a micro-manager. This person will not just tell you how to do something, they will stand over your shoulder and tell you step by step to do the task the way they would do it, not even allowing you to proceed if you know how to do it in a possibly better, different way. Could also be referred to as micro-dictatorial; but "micro-dictorial" flow more easily off the tongue.
My boss is one of the most "micro-dictorial" people I have ever know.
