Dirty dentures is when you are doing doggy style then when your partner isn't suspecting anything, shit a log into your hand and put it in their mouth making a mold of their teeth. Thus giving you dirty dentures.
My girlfriend and I gave dirty dentures a try and it was amazing, the only downside to it was that it left a shitty taste in her mouth.
