Someone who never seems to say anything until you mention it. They will then insult you in an exact way and remain silent.

A person who engages in unethical behavior, often with a sense of entitlement and a belief that they are exempt from the rules and laws that apply to others. A Doorley may use their position of power or influence to manipulate or exploit others, and may show a disregard for the consequences of their actions.
