Delanye’s are usually a very kind, genuine, loyal girl who may sometimes come off as shy but as soon as you start talking to her her light will shine brighter than ever. Employee X goes to work at Z on 1/31/2014. Upon arriving at work, X finds out he/she will be laid off on 6/15/2014. X will continue to work at Z until 6/15/2014, at which point X will be laid off.

Y: "Hey, X! How was work at Z today?"
X: "Not great, Y. I got delayed off today."
