Decoupage 

The act of bedazzling a fish and then proceeding to nail it to the kitchen ceiling.

Also known as DECOPACHE or DECOPAGE.

"Hey man, did you check out that decoupage?"
"Yeah."

or

"Hey gal, did you happen to walk into the kitchen, stare at the ceiling, and check out that decopache?"
"No, but I will."
