1. When you're thinking about cussing someone out but you're doing it in the nicest way possible
2, a cuss word is RIGHT on the tip of your tongue but for fear of anything other than incrimination , you don't say it but you're still THINKING it

A " cussultation " is defined as an instance where you need to talk out an issue with someone & BOTH of you know it's gonna come down to blows but you don't wanna fight in public BUT if something went down you know it's probably beat you stay quiet or it's GONNA COME TO BLOWS:
During the holidays a lot of cussultations happen between families because of everyone being so strong willed :

Consultation

(Chiefly British:) A period before a decision (such as a new regulation) takes effect, during which opposed opinions are heard.

A consultation usually takes place after an unpopular resolution has been made by the authorities. Usually a consultation offers the illusion that people's opinions matter and that said decision can change, where in fact they are merely designed to let steam out.

Consultations also 'cover the decision maker's arse': when the decision turns out to be a mistake, the absence of public records of the consultations allows the decision maker to claim to share the responsibility.

The announcement of budget cuts was followed by a brief consultation, during which everyone chickened out and nobody spoke up.

Cussflation 

Cussflation is the effect of cusses losing value due to the law of supply and demand. Many individuals cuss, however some hit harder and some hit weaker. Why is this? This is where cussflation takes place. In this simulation there are 2 people A and B. A cusses regularly where B rarely or never cusses. In a normal conversation, between A and B, A will use a cuss word once where B does not. After many days or weeks, A would accumulate a large amount of cusses where B did not. Let’s say the next day A and B get in an argument and things get heated. As a result, A and B both use cuss words. However due to the amount of cusses A uses, B’s cusses will have a greater value compared to A’s cusses. This can be seen all the time on platforms such as YouTube, where family friendly YouTubers are being asked to cuss. This would not happen if one cussed regularly. Cussflation is and has been in society for many years. Additionally, this can actually be used in your favor. By not cussing, you are actively raising the value for when you actually cuss.

However, the main problems with predicting cussflation and the value of your cuss, is that you not know how each person’s personal value of cusses, and you also do not know the price floor and ceiling. These factors are nearly impossible to measure, so sometimes it does not work as effectively as planned.

Insert name cusses so much that cussflation started kicking in. His/Her cuss words are basically worthless.
