Cunt Circus 

Someone who has a complete lack of respect for standards of descency which have been generally established by society. They act wrong, and do things that make everyone feel disrespect towards them. Word was created as a counter to the word "fuck show".

Those guys that dance around at lunch are such cunt circuses.
