A rural girlo that exemplifies all the traits of Dublin Girlos without being from Dublin themselves. It derives from the terms culchie used to refer to people from outside of dublin and girlo which is a Dublin subculture from the 2010s with it being a female and Irish equivalent to Roadmen in the UK.
