A tall, likeable neighborhood dweller who must introduce himself to and shake the hand (limply, see dead fish)of everyone he comes in contact with. This person usually sports an afro or a shaved head. Known to have loud conversations with himself while walking down the street.

Also known as Fat Joe or as Don Cartagena, his most famous hits are: Lean Back, Get it Poppin', and even a song named Fuck 50. This fat MC is the leader of the rap group Terror Squad.
