When a person can talk to a whole bunch of people, even strangers about anything, a random something.
when that person (the confite) can have like a 2 hour conversation with someone (friends or strangers).

"Carmen has been talking to those people for over an hour"

Checkpoint confidence is the feeling of safety you get after earning a checkpoint in a video game, that ups your tendency to do risky things now that you know you won't lose your last bit of hard earned progress if you are immediately killed.
