Clowninson

Noun: A bowler hat usually made from cheap felt, decorated as though it were a clown and also wearing it's own smaller hat on top of the main hat

Rich: The clowninson is such a great hat!

Frank: Yeah, probably my favorite ever hat

Sam: The clowninson is in the microwave!!

Frank and Rich: We gotta rescue the clowny-d, its hilarious!
