Cigicycling

a person that recycles, but sadly the only thing they're interested in is finishing an unfinished cigarette.

P1: what are you doing?
P2: collecting these unfinished cigarettes
P1: So you can just smoke em'? Wow, how can you stoop so low by cigicycling?
