The term is simply a shorter or lazier way to ask a common question.

The term was originally "Chronos Status"

Chrostat derived from the greek word Chronos which meant time.

Christathon 

An annual gathering in the city of London, where participants dress like Jesus and go on a pub crawl via various religiously named bars and pubs. Nominally to raise money for charity, but in reality, to offend as many cranks as possible.

"You going on the Christathon this year?"

"Of course, I built a 9 foot Crucifix with a sound system for just that occaision!"

A person who believes that human beings are incapable of being 'good' without a god or a society of 'god fearing people' to ensure your 'goodness' via laws, regulation, and the definition of things like 'marriage'.

The religious right is so interested in "small government", yet the christatists want to expand government to define 'marriage'.
