Adjective used to describe a girl who is a kiss ass, dick sucker, thot, or whore.

Derived from the words: "Choking on dick." Hence, the Choc- prefix.

Can also be used as "Choca"

"Jackie is being RULL annoying."
"Ugh.. She's so Chocosa."

"That girl is such a Choca"
